1. No Refunds for Change of Mind

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference once the order has been processed.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

We take quality seriously and thoroughly inspect all items before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is:

  • Defective (e.g. stitching issues, tears, or missing buttons), or
  • Damaged during transit,
    please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel.


To be eligible for a return or exchange due to defect, you must:

  • Provide your order number.
  • Submit clear photos or videos of the issue.
  • Ensure the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.


Once approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on item availability.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item or size due to our error, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the parcel. We will cover return shipping costs and send you the correct item as soon as possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items with makeup stains, perfume smells, or any signs of wear
  • Custom or pre-order items unless defective

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Subject: “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Your full name and contact information

    Our team will respond within 2–3 working days to guide you through the next steps.

6. Shipping Costs

  • For approved returns (due to defect or wrong item sent), we will bear the shipping cost.
  • For any unapproved returns, the customer will bear all shipping costs involved.

7. Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or store credit will be issued.
